Florida art painting of Seminole indian paddling in swamp signed and dated

For the collector of Florida or southern regional art, here is an unusual painting, 24" by 30", unframed, signed at lower left "A. Andersen" and dated 1977. The painting appears to have been improperly primed by the artist, causing craquelure and flaking, some severe, in the sky and most seriously at lower left, where there are considerable losses.
