19th century European watercolor landscape painting figures by a lake or sea

Watercolor on browned paper, 6 3/4" by 9 7/8" and a narrow wood frame, circa 1850 judging from the clothing on the figures at left. I would suspect the work is English. There are feathery trees, distant mountains, and, if one looks closely, tiny figures by a tiny boat, and a more distant boat with a sail. Overall colors are brownish/brownish green, but the figures at left have blue pants and red vest. There are some old flaws, including brittle old corner that has separated, tiny paper loss, and a surface crack or scrape area at right center, all of which can be expected in a work of this age.
