Circa 1920's industrial scene watercolor painting

Watercolor on heavy paper, 14" by 9 1/2", unframed, unsigned, of a hillside with shacks and some heavy industry including smokestacks in the right background. The work was executed by a talented artist but we will never know his or her identity. The item was originally framed with an old piece of cardboard to which is affixed stickers from a fresh flower company. Writtenprinted on these labels are St. Joseph, Missouri addresses and the penciled date "10-21-22". I would imagine that the painting post dates that and would likely have been executed before 1940 at the very latest. This is a decorative watercolor if you appreciate industrial scenes.
