GREGORY JENKINSON listed Arizona Southwest art watercolor desert painting

Watercolor on heavy paper, 11 7/8" by 13 1/2" (entire sheet is 15 7/8" wide), signed at lower left "G. Jenkinson" and dated 1968. Jenkinson is a listed painter who produced a number of works of Arizona subject matter. This item is titled on reverse "SHADOWS IN THE CATALINA FOOTHILLS" and bears there the original $35 price. So, this would be a scene near Tucson and the Saguaro National Monument. The work was framed/matted when purchased but I removed it from the frame for photography. The frame is modern and inexpensive and glass is the non-glare variety so I would discard it. SEE HUNDREDS OF OTHER WORKS NOW IN MY SHOP.
