American art coastal watercolor painting with sailboats 19th century

Watercolor on paper, unsigned, measuring 7" by 10 3/8" inside the mat, and 14 3/4" by 17 1/2" as framed. This is likely to be American though I suppose it could be English; but it's in the style of the 19th century in America. There's no hint as to authorship. Only other information is a rubber stamp on reverse framing paper: "Nemschoff General Store, Manawa, Wis." All in all this is a very typical coastal scene of the period with two sail craft at right (possibly a third....very faint in the distance?)....condition is good with only overall slight paper browing and very, very light soiling........nothing serious.
