This is a Made in England hard paste porcelain white snowy owl, approximately 5 1/4" high by 5" by 4", marked on the bottom "The American Owl Collection" Snowy Owl, ONE OF A SERIES OF EIGHT OWLS OF NORTH AMERICA". Condition is excellent with no chips. Collectors of fine Boehm porcelains know the history of this firm and its fine reputation.
