English vintage gouache and watercolor of small boat in harbor

This is a clean vintage work, 14 1/2" by 7 1/2" (22" by 14 1/2" as framed), possibly late 19th century or early 20th, signed at lower right "J. Chester", showing a small boat in harbor, a cliff in the distance. I don't believe that this is by a listed artist, but imagine he or she is English. All in all this is a decorative piece ready for the wall. You might wish to replace the cloudy old fashioned non glare glass, which has reduced the sharpness of the images.
