Asian ceramics Japanese white with blue small bowl

Japanese porcelain bowl, 3" high by 5 1/4" diameter, with the characters in the bottom (see closeups), probably 19th century I'm told; as a paintings dealer this sort of item is not my specialty. I don't note any chips but I guess there are some flaws from when it was fired, showing as tiny dimples in the white.
