Japanese art 20th century watercolor painting of Mount Fuji signed HIROSHI

Watercolor on paper panoramic view of Mt. Fuji in Japan with a river, small houses and foreground hills, measuring 13 1/2" by 19 1/2" and narrow gold wood frame, signed at lower left "Hiroshi". This is a pleasing, decorative work likely dating to the mid twentieth century. I thought there was a possibility that this was by Hiroshi Yoshida but now after various inquiries do not think this to be the case.
