Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance. If buyer chooses to use Pay-pal, an extra 2.9% + $.30 will be added to the fees.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
If you choose to use Pay-pal, I will need to pass on the amount they charge me, which will be 2.9% +$.30 on entire amount.
