Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays shipping charges and insurance is available upon request. There are NO handling fees. I ship EVERY DAY and I ship WORLDWIDE!!!

Restocking Fee:
I charge a 10% restocking fee on all items returned.

Other Information:
I do offer lay-a-ways on all items. A 25% deposit is required and the balance must be paid in full 3 months after the purchase date unless otherwise agreed upon between the seller and the purchaser. If for any reason the balance is not paid by the agreed upon time, the customer will forfeit the deposit.

Since Canada Post only covers for loss and not damage, I will cover your item for damage in the insurance fee.
