I have just acquired a very large selection of Old Country Roses by Royal Albert – England. This selection came in the original store boxes and have been store without use all these years so of course, all the pieces are in 100% FANTASTIC condition!!! This listing is for one 6 ¼” bread and butter plate. This lovely pattern features lush roses and buds which are softened with sprays of greenery. The stippled edges are finished in 22k gold. The attention to detail has contributed to a superb original design. Whether the last line of the backstamp starts (c) 1962 ROYAL ALBERT LTD or (c) ROYAL ALBERT LTD 1962 we know that these were produced after 1973 and before 1993 which was the year ROYAL ALBERT was registered as a trade mark.
