Sherman 1950s Pink & Fuchsia Double Leaf Cluster Brooch

This absolutely stunning vintage Sherman pink and fuchsia overlapped leaf marquise and round shaped crystal double leaf cluster pin is simply outstanding....circa 1950's. There are certainly a lot of adjectives to describe this piece!!! It is designed as a large size 2" by 1 3/4" twin leaf cluster that is layered and stacked for a 3-D effect on a double row of graduated pink crystals and set in a rhodium plated setting. This beauty is in MINT condition showing no wear and all prong set stones. The pin is not marked but this is very common in some pieces. Collectors will recognize the design and know that Sherman was a Canadian costume jewelry company that produced very high-quality pieces. Colorful or clear prong-set rhinestones or cut crystal beads (sometimes with an aurora borealis finish) adorn most Sherman pieces. "Jewels of Elegance" by Sherman was written on some carded Sherman jewelry. Sherman produced jewelry from 1947-1981 and sold their unmarked pieces through Eaton’s Department Stores. They were usually identified by only a small paper string tag. This gorgeous piece will definitely make a strong statement when you wear it.
