I process all orders ASAP, and will ship small items within 1 - 2 days. Larger items may take more time. ALL ITEMS on Ruby Lane are also available to my retail and interior design customers. Our stores are on the New England Seacoast and Lake Winnipesaukee. Items may move quickly! If something has sold out of the store before you call or email me regarding the item. I am sorry. I can put you on my wish-list for a similar item and give you the first opportunity to see it.

Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.
Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer to pay all Shipping and Insurance Costs.
Large items can be blanket wrapped and hand delivered to your home...it all depends on what you want, and how soon you want it! And of course, your budget. I have a number of resources to meet your needs. Call me.
Damage must be reported via a telephone call to me within 24 hours of receiving item.
Shipping and Insurance Costs will not be refunded on returned item and item is subject to a restocking fee.
Restocking Fee:
The Restocking fee is 10% on all items.

New Hampshire is a sales tax free state.
