This European miniature portrait has a delightful exotic feel to it. Her straightened / flat hair has a Madonna feel to it and the tall tropical tee in the background lends it an island air. Her dress has a green / gold essence and her brooch has what appears to be 4 emeralds with a white jade teardrop under it. It is a signed by "Mary." It measures 4 3/4" wide by 5 1/4" high. Very fine condition.
