This French decorative Lion is an eye-catching accent piece. Has a lovely aged patina. Circa 1900. The photographs do not reflect the true color of a grey tarnished silver / aged tin quality. It would make a spectacular paperweight on a desk. The captured movement of the Lion is quite nice, including its slight snarl and baring of teeth. Excellent workmanship all around. It measures 5 1/8" Long, 3" Wide and 3 3/4" High.

It is in very good condition. The base under the foremost foot is slightly pressed in. Micro age spots here-and-there.
