Johnstone and Jeanes Table

Clean cut. Great lines. Simple. This is a stamped J & J table from 67 New Bond Street in London and its marked number is 55522. J & J was included in a one of Charles Dicken's novels. The table was made after 1842 when Jeanes replaced Jupe as Johnstone's partner. There are not many of these pieces out there, especially the petite ones. Measures: 15 1/4" W , 15 1/4" D and 14" H. Good condition. The support board on the underside is cracked. The top is one piece of wood.
