This pair of Lion Head tobacco containers are regal. Aside from the rarity of being a pair, they have a tremendous weight of 2+ pounds each. One has the maker's mark of S.J. on the bottom. Found in England. Early 1700's. Measures 4" High, 3 3/4" Wide and 3 1/2" Deep. Use the zoom to inspect the detail of the base design and 'paw' feet.
