This rush seat child's chair has a swing out arm that served as a restraint and a holder for snacks. Well, I would assume snacks or other small things. It has a nice dark honey brown color. Use zoom for details. France. c1890-1900. Measures:18 3/4" H, 14" D and 18" W due to large arm.
