This French decorative Lion is an eye-catching accent piece. Has a lovely aged patina. Circa 1900. The photographs do not reflect the true color of a grey tarnished silver / aged tin quality. It would make a spectacular paperweight on a desk. The captured movement of the Lion is quite nice, including its slight snarl and baring of teeth. Excellent workmanship all around.
