This handsome Chest of Drawers is well proportioned and has a rich patina. Notice the double inlay border above the top drawers, the beveled drawers, fluted columns on the front and sides and the tops' beveling details. Measures 50 1/2" High, 47 1/4" Wide and 21 1/2" Deep. Found in northern England. c.1850.

Circa 1805. It's in excellent condition. Measures 80 5/8" High, 193/8" Deep and 71 3/8 Wide at the top and 70" Wide at the Base. Please use the zoom to inspect this piece. I'm at a lose for words...this is a stunner. Each shelf has a groove cut into it to hold the display plates. Lastly, the wood is oak.

This English spool chair has great character and patina...I am sure it has had an interesting life. The seat fabric was in disarray when found, so I thought this Cowtan & Tout leopard would add some zip to it. Measures 14 1/4" Wide, 13 1/4" Deep & 25 1/4" High. Mid to late nineteenth century. Northern England. In good condition except one spool was broken and repaired - see pictures.

The bead work on this stool is amazing. I'd hate to think of how long it took to make it! The gold leave and nut side pattern is made from boiled leather that was clamped into a mold until dry. In very good condition...all original. Some of the beads are missing - use zoom. This an amazing piece...notice the gentle taper of the legs. Measures 13" Wide, 9" Deep and 7.25" High. Character and substance would aptly describe this early late 1600's or 1700's Demi lune able. Bought in England, but probably Dutch. Notice how its made....in carefully cut curved 1 inch high sections that were pulled together to form the "curve"...a rare piece these days. Rich patina and color from the years. joint ribbed front edge and sweet padded feet. One of a kind - period. 30"w by 30 3/8" high by 15 1/8" deep. Some minor repair work on underside.
