If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 5 day (2 more days than Ruby Lane offers) for receipt for a full refund less shipping and handling. WE DO NOT CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE. Our aim is customer satisfaction! We also endeavor to ship all order paid by credit card or Paypal within 24 hours of receiving payment on business days. All order where the payment is received after 12:00 PM EST on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
