This beautiful hand etched lamp was originally an oil or kerosene lamp. It was converted years ago and when we found it only the etched globe still retained its beauty. However my husband has restored it to its original beauty. He has wheel polished the metal base and the top and bottom of the original wick turn. These pieces were originally shiny but the patina on them was not even and therefore it was not attractive. He then removed the old cord that had a metal plug cover; something I had never seen before; and replace it with a new cord and plug. We than added a new harp, if you look at the pictures of the old one; the rust was unbelievable. Finally we added a taupe colored cloth shade with pretty little dangles.

Our lamp stands on a marble base and is 18” high including the shade. All you will have to do is remove this beauty for the box, plug it in and enjoy the beauty.
