This stunning Custom Made Diamond and Ruby ring jacket has 6 marquise cut rubies, 4 pear cut diamonds and 12 round diamonds set in a 14K yellow gold double shank band. The ring is truly and eye catcher measuring in size approximately 1 high by ¾ wide.
