One of my absolute favorite designs in vintage jewelry are the large ornate filigree patterns from the 1970's. If you take a peek around my shop, you will see these bold styles on offer time and time again.

I was fortunate to find this bold look twice, the large electric blue topaz here and then this same setting housing a gorgeous garnet. Both are marked 10K on the inside of their bands although on this one, the mark is worn.

Weighing in just under 4 grams, this fabulous ring features a large emerald or square cut topaz of the most gorgeous electric blue shade! This color falls somewhere between the typical medium blue and London blue shade commonly found in Topaz.

The stone alone measures a whopping 10mm x 11mm and sits high above the ornately decorated 10K gold open filigree setting.

This fabulous vintage find is in great pre-loved condition with a beautiful electric blue topaz stone. Under magnification, you can see that there are surface marks and a few tiny nicks in the stone but to the naked eye, it's stunning! This has been reflected in our terrific price.
