Beautiful Pair of French Porcelain Portrait Lamps

We offer a beautiful pair of French porcelain urn shape lamps. The 1930's - 40's lamps have a pretty Fragonard style courting couple on the front with rich gold gild trim on a variegating green ground. The urn is bolted to the porcelain base which is then on top of a reticulated ornate brass base. The pair have very fine quality silk shades with a double rope design. The shades are in wonderful new looking condition. The lamps measure 32" tall from the base to the original top finials and 7" at their widest point. The silk shades measure 12" tall and 16 1/2" wide. The lamps are free of any chips or cracks. There is minimal wear to the gold gilding. The brass bases have an aged patina with no pitting. The lamps are in very nice condition and will be a beautiful addition to your home.
