Set of 6 T&V Limoges For Higgins And Seiter NY Porcelain Bowls

We have a beautiful set of antique T&V, Tressemann & Vogt Limoges porcelain bowls imported for The Higgins & Seiter Store of New York. Higgins and Seiter was one of the finest and oldest china houses in New York City and was located at 9 East 37th St. The store filed for bankruptcy in 1915 and ceased operations after over 50 years in business. The bowls have very pretty dark pink roses and buds with a wide gilded filigree border. The bowls measure 9 1/2" in diameter, and 1 1/2" deep. These are marked with the T&V, Tressemann & Vogt Limoges red bell stamp and the words Decore Par above. Also the red Higgins and Seiter mark with France in green. These marks would date the bowls to between 1907 -1915. The bowls are in unbelievably good condition. I see little if any wear to the gilded border and rims. There are no chips, cracks or crazing. These are just beautiful examples of Limoges porcelain.
