Very nice early wooden pencil box with a paper mache lid. The picture on the lid depicts three children playing with bubble makers set in the Victorian Era. The black painted box has three compartments on the inside and metal hinges on the lid. this measures 7 3/4" by 2 1/4". There is a small area of wear to the paper top on one corner, Otherwise the box is in very good condition. great item.
