Beautiful set of five vintage 1960's multi color hand painted heart shaped plates by designer Maryse Boxer in collaboration with Honiton Pottery of England. The designer has a special mention in the V&A design index for her works and was highlighted by the Financial Times as a good investment.

The plates measure 5 3/4" by 5 1/2" and are in very good condition with a high gloss glaze finish. The bottoms of the plates are incised ' G-76 VP HP' The plates have the signature of the designer in black as well, but has worn off in places. There is some crazing in the glaze on the back of the plates but no chips or cracks. The colors are vibrant!
