Our Service Pledge To You:
Items are guaranteed to be as pictured and described; your satisfaction is very important to us. Personal checks will be held until cleared by my bank, in many cases this only a couple of days. Items purchased via Paypal or postal money orders will usually ship no later than the next business day and many ship the same day. Exceptions may be international payments that will be held until payment is cleared by my bank.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
All items are shipped via United States Post Office Priority Mail, insured for full value, and come with delivery confirmation notices. Shipping is free for all purchases within the United States. Overseas buyers must pay via Paypal (confirmed address) or wire transfer, Please contact me before making your purchase so I can calculate your shipping charges; I am not able to falsify customs forms.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
Residents of Minnesota must add 7 percent sales tax.

Paypal payments are expected to be made within 48 hours of purchase order; I also accept credit card payments through Paypal. Personal checks and money orders should be received no later than seven business days after submission of purchase orders or items will be returned to the shop. Layaways are available on items priced at more than $100, or items totaling more than that amount. The terms are: one-half of the amount due at the time of purchase, with the balance to be paid in full within thirty days. For items or total purchases in excess of $300 the terms are one-third at time of purchase, with another third due at the end of 30 days and the final one-third due no later than 60 days from the first payment. No items will be shipped until paid in full. Items being returned after being put on layaway will not be eligible for a refund, but full store credit will be given instead upon safe return of the item(s).
