Vintage Gold Filled Heart Locket

This wonderful locket charm has an eye catching linear design adorning it's cover. The center plaque is inscribed with a scriptive W. The pattern is typical of 1940's style. The back is a pattern that reminds me of ribbon candy. It opens and closes easily and retains both of it's frames. One side of the locket contains a back ground paper with Jim written on it. A hint of the previous owner. A tiny time capsule with only one secret to reveal but containing two tiny compartments for you to hide your own.

The inside cover is hallmarked 1/20 - 12k. The hallmark of two conjoined circles each containing a B. This puffy heart can be worn as a pendant as well as added to your charm bracelet. I love vintage script and have started my own bracelet with wonderful examples of this scrolling art.
