Beautiful No. 6 Antique Jumeau

Here is a very beautiful Jumeau bebe. She is a No. 6, with a total height of 15 inches. Her bisque is perfection and was skillfully painted. Her lovely cornflower blue eyes, which are beautifully spiraled, work perfectly on their sleep mechanism - which is still in its original setting - there is no wax loss on the eyelids. She has delicately painted eyebrows and eyelashes, as well as the prerequisite red dots in her nose. Her little mouth has two colors, with the darker delicately outlining the lips. Showing through are six tiny teeth - still very white and in perfect condition. She has her original connector, human hair wig (which is pictured in the last photo - I am showing her in a newer wig - you may have the one you prefer). In addition, she has her original pantaloons and shoes. She has pierced ears and on the back of her head is the No 6 and just above the number '1907'. Her body has the normal wear due to age, but is in wonderful condition - all toes and fingers accounted for - and is she is well strung and poses beautifully. Unfortunately, she took a tumble somewhere along the way (which is over 100 years), and the result is a small area of her head was cracked, but not all the way through. It is in the shape of a 'V' - the first part of the 'V' runs down from the right eye and the other part of the 'V' runs from the top middle of her forehead, down to the top of the bridge of her nose and veers down a little on her right cheek. The eye section has not been touched. The repair work is well done but there is a little chip between her eyes that should be filled in. It is on the surface only - it is not a hole - light does not shine through. Her wig is original to her and is 100% human hair and made in France. She is wearing a beautiful cream colored outfit with matching hat and is a true rendition of an antique "Jumeau" ensemble. It is made from antique and vintage and materials and was designed especially for her. She is a beautiful doll and adds beauty to whatever setting she is in.
