This is a vintage 9k rose gold chain in the Belcher or Rollerball style. The links are elongated and wide and look softly faceted. The soft facets give off delicate reflections.

One of the links has a small applied plaque that reads 9c. The 9c is also defined as 9ct, 9k, or 9kt.

The chain measures 16-3/4” long. The links are about 1/8” wide. It weighs 10.7 grams.

Each link is made with an inner layer and the outer faceted layer. One link is missing the outer layer. This is not dangerous, obvious or noticeable. I know that it is there and I have to search for it.

I believe that the clasp has been replaced. The current one appears to be gold filled.
