REDUCED Fabulous 14K Gold, Solid Double Hoop Earrings AC

Having a maker's mark with the initials AC and an anchor, these wonderful double hoop 14K gold earrings were purchased from the estate of famed photographer, Edward Steichen about 6 years ago. These are solid and finely made earrings having a diameter of 1 3/4" and a designer push-on or pressure closure. The wearer just separates front from the back, slip onto lobe, and let the earring return to position. Front and back are differentiated by the larger 'disk' on the back. I had earrings with this type of closure in the 70ies, so I'm assuming that these date to that time. Without a doubt, they are fantastic. AND, reduced again as part of my attempt to stimulate the economy.
