This beautiful 6" vase is retro at its best! The painted pastel pink wild flowers and mint green leaves are done in a classic 30s-40s style. The double handles give the piece a well balanced and artful appeal. There is an interesting area at the top rim above one handle that is either a factory defect or a very well accomplished repair! It is glazed over but strangely flat. The overall age crazing gives a very delicate early look. Miyata Ware is difficult to find and not always marked well. To find the backstamp in such good condition is such fun! A very nice addition to your vintage decor.
