A wonderful culinary trip around the world for you and your family and friends.In the 1970's Time Life Books released a collection of 27 Cookbooks.They were sold in a combination of 2, one was a hard back with the history and pictures of the selected region and it was accompanied by a cardboard spiral cookbook filled with recipes of that region. I have 14 of them that I received for Mothers Day about 10 years ago and have used them regularly .Most the recipes are fairly simple with both basic and economically friendly ingredients. The resulting out come of every recipe I have made has been simply delicious! One is able to find one or two these at the same time pretty easily. So when I spotted these at an estate sale ,I just had to share them with you.I have 25 brand new series ,but alas the set is just two editions shy. The missing series are American Creole and The Eastern Heartland. Not photographed are the series,The Melting Pot,Chinese Cooking, The Great West and Italy. They are all in mint condition and look like they have never even been paged through.Wonderful for theme parties , the chef in your life or anyone who is a true foodie. You will not be disappointed.
