This is a large platter or plate in the Willow pattern by Indiana Glass. This pattern of deeply pressed leaves swirling around the center is also called Magnolia and Oleander, some collectors call is WOM for short. The pattern was produced from the 1930s-60s, but most pieces were only made in the first half of the run. This plate is 13 1/4" wide. There are some utensil marks, but no chips or cracks.
