Ekco Black Handle Chromium Plated Pastry Dough Blender

I always called this a pastry cutter, but on the side it is marked "Chromium Plated Ekco USA Dough Blender To Blend Flour With Shortening." The handle is black plastic. The metal slats are slightly bent, but it is in excellent shape otherwise. It is 4 7/8" top to bottom.
