Hand Painted Dog Molded Plastic Pin White Green Bow

This cut little dog is white or cream colored with hand painted black spots, a green plastic bow and a bit of a red tongue. This has not been tested but is probably celluloid. The metal safety pin closure is set into the plastic back, not glued on. The pin is not signed. It is 7/8" x 1 1/4" and in excellent condition.
