About Us
HLO Creations jewelry is designed solely by me, Heidi Oates. I have been designing jewelry since I taught myself over 4 years ago. It has become my "TRUE LOVE" in life. Nothing makes me happier than creating wearable art for others to enjoy and show-off! Besides Ruby Lane, I sell jewelry at local craft/art shows, home shows/demonstrations and most importantly... by word of mouth!

All of the materials I use are of the finest materials including: Swarovski Crystals, semi-precious stones, artisan made lampwork beads, freshwater pearls and much more. Sterling silver, 14kt gold filled, 22kt vermeil and copper spacer beads, clasps/toggles, chains and earring supplies are used. I never use silver plated materials!
