Return Policy

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Shipping charges will be posted in the description. We ship most items via priority mail. Quoted shipping price includes insurance. International shipping will be higher and requires buyers address before it can be quoted.

Restocking Fee:
If a item is returned all shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of 10% will be subtracted from the refund. No Returns made outside the Ruby Lane site Return Policy Guidelines unless we authorize such returns prior to sale.

Checks: Items May be held for 10 Business days before shipping
