Nice plein air well detailed watercolor in Chilsom NY as stated on back by the artist.....Karl Joubert. This was painted in c1968 and was titled by Karl "January Thaw". Very nice detail and use of soft blended colors. There is a letter on back to the original owner of this painting. This is large measuring 37 1/2" x 32" framed. Shipping is very variable....so I need an address to figure accurately. Or I could take it out of the frame to ship if desired, but this is rather nicely matted and framed.....probably cost more than I am asking now.
