We do our best to offer you the best service, at the best prices we can, and to always describe our items (with pictures), as truthfully as we can, as far as information, age, and condition of the item. Please ask questions if you are unsure of any item in our shop. We believe communication is very important and always try to respond to all emails within 24 hours (usually less).
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Shipping and Delivery Confirmation is paid by the buyer unless special arrangements have been made. In most cases the Delivery Confirmation is Included. Insurance is suggested (but not required) and it is very reasonable. We are not responsible for damage done in shipping or loss during shipping. If either happens, please let us know as soon as possible and we will promptly mail you the insurance receipt so that you can file a claim for damages or in the case of a loss, we will email you the delivery confirmation number so that you can track your package. Most packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail or USPS Parcel Post, or by FedEx, whichever is the most reasonable. We will package and ship all items as carefully as possible. Heritage Treasures never makes a profit on shipping and we never charge a handling fee. A small fee for packaging materials is charged only when necessary. We treat each item with as much respect and kindness as we do our customers!

Restocking Fee:
Heritage Treasures does not charge a Restocking Fee!

Other Information:
Prompt payment is appreciated.
Personal checks are accepted, but shipment will be held until the check has cleared the bank. Money orders or Cashier's Checks in lieu of personal checks are preferred, to eliminate the holding time.
