Pair of large early Henredon side,end or night tables precisely carved with the best of materials and craftsmanship. Booked and matched fruitwood with scalloped large apron and ornate oyster shell and acanthus leaf carving in the center of all four sides. The high cabriole legs offer additional extensive carving on all legs. Henredon tag on the bottom with the signature of the Inspector "Gene E.York". Pair in excellent condition,one very faint small ring only in certain light on one top,no chips,nicks or scratches and very heavy. Measure 23.5H X 28.5L X 23.5W.
