Highly intricate inlay,mostly satinwood,on this 19th century Italian twelve sided table of walnut burl and ebony. The center cream inlay of chariot and horses against an ebony background is gorgeous. Surrounded by twelve sections of delicate urns with floral,birds all inlaid with a six smaller and different Roman chariot scenes in the center against the rich burl background. The craftsmanship outstanding and in excellent condition. Black ebony forms the band and apron around the twelve sides inlaid with small satinwood dual banding. Burl legs with matching tiny banding. Excellent condition. Measures 19H X 18L X 18D.
