French 19th century rooster/poultry engraving,hand colored with vibrant tones. Each rooster has a Roman numeral assigned but does not connect to a roster. The engraving unique with mitered corners so that when matted would give a distinctive shape to the feathered feature. Excellent condition.Overall measurement 19.75H X 12.5W. Engraving measures 7W X 11.5H.
