Beautiful English 19th century majolica pitcher with large floral and berry raised motif on the front in rose and green with smaller design on the back. Antique cream background,wooden slat barrel backdrop with yellow handle rim banding as well as upper and lower motif of 4 bands with small "x's" every so often. Very minor checking in one small area upper right,otherwise wonderful coloring with no nicks,chips or cracks.Makes an excellent vase as well. Measures 8H X 6.5L with handle,4.75D.
