Gorgeous French ceil de lit,coronet or bed canopy is antique brass with acanthus leaf drops,rosette center and scrolled leaf swags with floral sprays. Open work throughout in the brass designs. A sturdy metal rod was made just behind the brass face running the length and curved sides to which drapery hooks or small "s" hooks with drapery hooks attached below can loop over to hold the fabric on three sides. Attaches to the wall with 2 corner metal "L" shaped brackets,4 screws and holes for additional 6 screws on the flat back brace. Excellent condition,beautiful design. Measures 56L X 5.75H X 9.5D.
