Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Within the U.S., most items are shipped via USPS priority mail, with the balance via USPS First Class mail. Insurance is included in shipping charges, where noted, and required on packages valued at over $50. On all other items, insurance can be added at your request and at your expense.

See more than one thing of interest? I'm always happy and more than willing to combine shipping where and to the extent possible so as to help you save on shipping costs.

International shipping terms and rates will, of course, be different, requiring that the International buyer's address be provided before shipping costs can be calculated.

Restocking Fee:
Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, exclusive of shipping, handling, and insurance costs. However, any items purchased on lay-away will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Other Information:
PayPal payments to be received within seven (7) days and mailed payments within ten (10) days of acknowledgment of your order. If payment is not received within the specified time period, I reserve the right to clear your order and re-offer the item for sale.

I love PayPal and money orders, but will also gladly accept your personal check, with a 10-day hold on the goods while the check clears. If to be paid by PayPal, shipping will be to confirmed addresses only.

I offer lay-away for items valued at $200 or more. Lay-away requires an initial payment of 1/3 down, with the balance to be paid in no more than two additional payments of 1/3 each within 60 days, with at least the first two payments to be made by personal check or money order. (No multiple PayPal payments on the same purchase.)
