Adding to the Hawthorne Village Christmas Town buildings I have available, offered here is Hermey’s Dentist Office, with the Reindeer entrance at the side – a delightful addition to that treasured holiday decorating collection. Made of resin, this authentic issue in Rudolph’s Christmas Town Village measures approx. 6-1/2” wide, 5-1/2” deep, and 5-1/2" high.

I used to always think those listings that start out “This had never been opened or displayed” were just, well, a fictional tale, but as is shown in the photos, this addition truly never had before been opened or displayed. Original Certificate of Authenticity still safely tucked away in the pouch, affixed to the lid.
